We have been commissioned to carry out a feasibility study for the development of large property in Hadley Wood, Hertfordshire.

Following careful research of required internal areas, unit size split, parking provision and amenity space, we have produced three options for client consideration.

This includes the division of the existing building; demolition and creation of a new residential development; and combining the site with a neighbouring plot to create a larger development.
