Design for a Passive House New Build in Newcastle upon Tyne
A highly sustainable new build that is aiming to achieve Passive House certification, the project has been designed around concepts of harnessing natural light, integration with nature, and a behaviorological approach to internal spaces.
The construction methodology for the scheme is to incorporate as many natural sustainable materials as possible to both create a better performing building envelope whilst creating an exceptional indoor environment for its inhabitants.
